An elderly village imam Haji Abdullah (Jalil Hamid), who always spends his days lonely and neglected after the death of his beloved wife, Noriah (Fauziah Ahmad Daud). He teaches at an old surau, and starts to face a very emotional heart wrenching conflict where villagers try to replace him with a younger, more competent imam.
