A Psycho Killer becomes a creeping Infection in the minds of his targets. He follows his targets with a weapon, not to kill them with it; but to remind them of their crimes and be attacked by them and bleed. Then he leaves them with the haunting memory of his blood. Thus he infects them gradually with their Guilt Conscious, provoking them to die on their own.
